Metal De-burring Machines
Cup Brush Sanders.
This machine comes with 7 (36”) or 9 (51”) discs heads, that are spinning around and a stroke action makes it oscillate.
Conveyor speed of 10 - 15 feet per min.
A Cup Sander is very aggressive compared to other sanders and will clean up the edges and profile of the work piece even more than other sanders.
It will break the edges uniform all the way around the work piece.

The new Cup Brush sander has reversing spindles for right and left turning heads so 2 different abrasives can be used on the machine.
The size of the machine is very compact and can be used in finishing lines and in very small shops.
Out put per 8 hours is max. 5000 12” x 24” work pieces.

Metal De-burring Abrasives
The Quick-Strip sanding system is a new development that will change the way you sand and de-burr.
