Deburring Brush Pencil

The Deburring Brush Pencil is a hand-machine-only, small-format abrasive brush for precision deburring of holes, slots, apertures, and tight inside edges where larger tools cannot reach, available in 4 evolution stages (Standard through Diamond, the latter developed for high-gloss polishing of fine blanked parts). Abrasive filaments remove burrs around hole perimeters and slot edges while creating a smooth, consistent edge condition. The smallest two diameters (8mm, 10mm) mount on a plain shaft for flexible-shaft and drill use with no rotation direction choice; larger sizes (15–50mm) mount via shaft or M14 thread and run clockwise.
