Oxide Wheel
The Oxide Wheel removes dark oxide layers left by plasma cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, and other thermal cutting processes. Flexibly mounted spring packs of wire conform to sheet metal contours, stripping oxide layers cleanly without damaging the base metal beneath. Fixed 250mm diameter with a neutral (non-directional) mount, width is the only machine-specific dimension, and determines the bore size.
