How to choose the right deburring tool
The right tool depends on four things: the machine you run, the material, how the part was cut, and the finish you need. Laser, plasma and oxy-fuel cutting leave different edges. Light burrs from a laser or punch need a different tool than hardened slag from plasma or flame.
Use the finder above and we send a recommendation, usually within one business day. If you want to learn first, these guides explain each tool: deburring discs, slag removal brushes, oxide brushes and wheels, and non-woven discs and belts. Or start from the job: burr and slag removal, edge rounding, oxide removal, or satin and polish finishing.
