Metal Deburring Supply

Edge rounding for sheet metal

Rounding a sharp cut edge into a small, even radius makes parts safer to handle and gives paint or powder coat something to hold onto. We match the tool and abrasive to your material and the radius you need.

Why it matters

A knife-sharp edge is where coating thins out and fails first. A consistent radius improves adhesion and corrosion resistance and removes a real injury risk on the shop floor.

How much radius you can get depends on the tool level and abrasive. Stainless, aluminum and steel each respond best to a different abrasive, and the machine you run limits which discs fit.

Tools we supply

Standard and Professional discs

Everyday edge breaking with steady, even results.

Professional Plus

A wider working face for extra-even rounding.

HERO and HERO R2

Dense flaps for strong, symmetrical radii at high feed rates.

Abrasive types

All-rounder, gentle for coated sheet, stainless specialist, aluminum, coarse and aggressive, wet use, and maximum removal.

What we'll ask you

Your machine and brand, disc size and connection, the material and thickness, and what the edge is for: safe handling, coating adhesion, or a heavier radius. We then ask which abrasive type and tool level you would consider.

Common questions

How much radius do I need?

For handling safety, a light break is usually enough. For powder coat or paint durability, a larger, more consistent radius helps. Tell us the use and we will recommend a level.

Do I need a different tool for stainless steel?

Usually yes. Abrasives made for stainless cut faster and give a better radius on it than a general-purpose abrasive.

What does HERO mean?

It is a high-performance family of deburring discs, built for strong rounding at high speeds. We will tell you whether you need it or a lower level is enough.
