The Oxide Brush removes dark oxide layers from thermally cut edges using a densely packed cord-wire fill, leaving a clean metallic surface. The multi-row wire arrangement balances thorough oxide removal with long tool life while preserving dimensional accuracy on close-tolerance components. Row count is fixed by diameter (double-row at 155mm and below, triple-row at 200mm and above); diameter, connector/mount, and drive direction are machine-specific.
